POSH: Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace Objective

Objective

To build awareness, empathy, and action-oriented learning around
workplace harassment — creating safer, more inclusive work
environments through engaging, story-driven digital experiences.

Our Approach

We designed an interactive, story-based learning module that
mirrors real workplace situations and perspectives — from
employees and ICC members to employers.



Each micro-episode focuses on relatable human behavior,
empowering learners to understand, identify, and act on workplace
harassment.

Behind the Build

This module was developed by
Metamorph’s interdisciplinary team of
instructional designers, writers, and
animators — combining deep legal
knowledge with creative storytelling.

Our goal was simple: to make
learning about workplace rights feel
human, relevant, and worth
remembering.
