Hi, I’m Yash

I am deeply  interest in how people actually learn at work not just how training is delivered.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from HR College of Commerce, and I’m an ISB PGP alumnus (Class of 2017). I’m also a CFA Level III Candidate and a Certified Instructional Designer (Middle Earth HR, 2023).

Over the years, I’ve worked extensively across Training Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, and Content Development.

At Metamorph, my focus is on ensuring that our solutions are not just visually engaging, but instructionally sound, outcome-driven, and grounded in real workplace behavior.

Hi, I’m Homayun

I come from a business, technology, and consulting background, and I’ve spent my career working closely with enterprises to understand how people, processes, and technology come together to drive performance.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (Honours) from HR College of Commerce and Economics, and an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai.

I began my career with EY India, working in the Risk Advisory and Fraud Investigation team. I then moved into enterprise technology sales—working as a Cloud Specialist with Microsoft and later as a Sales Specialist with Cisco, where I handled the Commercial patch for West India and managed large enterprise customers.

At Metamorph, I bring this enterprise lens into our learning solutions making them deeply relevant to real organizational challenges.

Together, we blend instructional rigor, business context, and storytelling to create digital learning experiences that actually change behavior.
